The invention discloses a liquid cooling water pipe, and aims to provide a large-surface bonded liquid cooling water pipe which is good in heat transfer effect and high in mounting strength of a battery module. The liquid cooling water pipe comprises a current collector and a harmonica-shaped tube arranged between a battery module and a battery box body, a heat dissipation aluminum plate with theupper surface attached to the bottom of the battery module is arranged at the top of the harmonica-shaped tube, and the two sides of the lower surface of the heat dissipation aluminum plate are fixedly connected with box body supporting beams located on the two sides of a bottom plate of the battery box body respectively; and a gap is formed between the bottom of the harmonica-shaped tube and thebottom plate of the battery box body, and the battery module, the heat dissipation aluminum plate, the harmonica-shaped tube and the bottom plate of the battery box body are sequentially arranged fromtop to bottom. In the scheme, the heat dissipation aluminum plate arranged at the top of the liquid cooling water pipe is in large-area fit with the bottom of the battery module, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the liquid cooling water pipe is improved; and the heat dissipation aluminum plate is fixedly connected with a box body supporting beam, so that the liquid cooling water pipe is firmly and mechanically connected with the battery box body, the battery module can be firmly fixed in the battery box body, and the practical value is very high.

    本发明公开了一种液冷水管,旨在提供一种传热效果好、使电池模组安装强度高的大面粘接式液冷水管。它包括集流体和设置在电池模组和电池箱体之间的口琴管,所述口琴管顶部设有上表面与电池模组底部贴合的散热铝板,散热铝板的下表面两侧分别与位于电池箱体底板两侧的箱体支撑梁固连,所述口琴管底部和电池箱体底板之间存在间隙,电池模组、散热铝板、口琴管和电池箱体底板从上至下依次布置。本方案中,液冷水管顶部设有的散热铝板与电池模组底部大面积贴合,提高了液冷水管的换热效率;散热铝板与箱体支撑梁之间固连,使液冷水管与电池箱体之间有了更牢固的机械连接,电池模组也能更牢靠地固定在电池箱体中,具有很高的实用价值。
