The invention provides a turnout structure applied to a suspension type monorail system, which comprises a turnout beam and a guide part arranged on the upper portion in the turnout beam, the guide part comprises a fixed guide part body and a movable guide part body, and the movable guide part body is matched with different walking channels of a turnout through rotation and/or translation in the turnout beam; the transition section is internally provided with at least two movable guide parts which are respectively matched with the two walking channels; in the passing state of any one of the walking channels, the movable guide parts in the passing walking channel are connected with the fixed guide parts at the two ends of the passing walking channel; the guide part comprises at least one guide surface in contact with a bullet train guide wheel; compared with replacement of the overall structure of the turnout beam, the efficiency of the turnout beam is improved, the period of the wholelane changing process is shortened, and the channel changing efficiency and train passing form a good matching process.
