The invention discloses a portal crane with stable rotation bearing. The portal crane with the stable rotation bearing comprises a cross beam rail and a rope taking-up and moving device, wherein a roller fixing device is arranged on the rope taking-up and moving device; a rope anti-shaking structure is arranged below the cross beam rail; and the rope anti-shaking structure consists of a sliding block, a first circular ring, connecting rods, a second circular ring, circular ring blocks, hydraulic damping rods, first springs and second limiting rings. According to the portal crane with the stable rotation bearing, through the roller fixing device, when the crane needs to carry out fixed hoisting task operation, inclined plates can fix rollers below the rope taking-up and moving device, so that the rope taking-up and moving device does not shift, it is ensured that the hoisting task is completed smoothly, and meanwhile, the crane is stable in bearing and does not shake in the hoisting process; and due to the arrangement of the rope anti-shaking structure, when goods shake in the process of point operation of the crane to cause a rope to shake, the rope anti-shaking structure can effectively slow down the shaking of the rope so as to improve the carrying and bearing stability of the crane.

    本发明公开了一种转动承载稳定的门式起重机,包括横梁轨道和收绳移动装置,收绳移动装置上设有滚轮固定装置,横梁轨道的下面设有绳索防晃动结构,绳索防晃动结构由滑块、第一圆环、连接杆、第二圆环、圆环块、液压减震杆、第一弹簧和第二限位环组成,通过滚轮固定装置,在起重机需要进行固定吊装任务作业的时候,斜板可以将收绳移动装置下面的滚轮进行固定,使得收绳移动装置不会发生位置的移动,保证了吊装任务的顺利完成,同时也使得起重机的吊装过程中承载稳定,不会晃动;通过设置了绳索防晃动结构,使得起重机在进行点状作业的过程中,货物产生晃动,导致绳索晃动,绳索防晃动结构可以有效的减缓绳索晃动导致起重机的运载承载稳定性。
