The invention relates to an airplane electric connector contact reliability tester and a detection method thereof. The airplane electric connector contact reliability tester comprises a connecting column which is internally provided with at least two air channels for gas to pass through, and an elastic sheet detection mechanism which comprises at least two air bags arranged on the connecting column, each air bag is of a strip-shaped structure extending in the length direction of the connecting column, and the at least two air bags are arranged in the circumferential direction of the connectingcolumn; each air channel is communicated with one air bag; a pressure detection mechanism is used for detecting the air pressure value of air in each air bag; and an inflating and deflating mechanismis communicated with each air channel and is used for inflating or deflating each air bag. The problems that in the prior art, a tester used for detecting the contact reliability of an airplane electric connector can abrade an electric jack, each elastic piece in the electric jack cannot be tested independently, and consequently the maintenance cost of the electric jack is high are solved.

    一种飞机电连接器接触可靠性测试仪及其检测方法,飞机电连接器接触可靠性测试仪包括:连接柱,连接柱内设置有供气体通过的通气道,通气道为至少两条;弹片检测机构,包括:设置在连接柱上的气囊,气囊为沿连接柱其长度方向延伸的条状结构,且气囊为至少两个,并沿连接柱其周向方向布置;每条通气道与一个气囊相连通;压力检测机构,用于检测气囊内气体的气压值;充放气机构,与每条通气道分别相连通,用于对气囊充气或放气。以解决现有技术中用于检测飞机电连接器接触可靠性的测试仪会磨损电气插孔,并且无法单独测试电气插孔内的每一个弹片,导致电气插孔的维修成本高的问题。
