A driving shaft of the positive and negative motor is connected with the lead screw through a key groove; a nut with a circle of rectangular groove formed in the peripheral wall is in threaded connection with the lead screw, and each paddle eccentric pin is arranged in the rectangular groove; the forward and reverse motor stops running at the moment when the nut leaves the feathering stroke control rod contact; when the nut abuts against the feathering stroke control rod contact to move towards themotor, the nut can stop at the position between the positions of the nut on the lead screw during feathering and reversing according to the blade angle selected by the blade angle control panel.
