An underwater equipment protection cover plate supporting structure is used for supporting a cover plate for providing protection for underwater equipment, and mainly comprises an upper structure anda base. The upper structure is pushed to move upwards through the dead weight of the protective cover plate in the mounting process to enhance the stability of the protective cover plate, and the advantages of convenience in centering and no need of personnel operation are achieved.
