The tail wing system is simple in structure and not prone to failure, the use reliability of the tail wing system and the control stability of the whole racing car are improved, and the aerodynamic performance of the racing car is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种内置转动式柔性总成的可变尾翼及设计方法。通过赛车的翼型设计、舵机参数选择、翼型分析、软件数据拟合、实车实验数据采集与分析得到的可变尾翼,在直道上,车手可通过方向盘上的按钮操控控制器将尾翼上下柔性表面弧度减少,以减少赛车所受到的空气阻力;而在过弯或其他需要增加下压力的时候,车手通过控制器增大尾翼上下柔性表面的弧度,提供所需要的下压力,这样就可以在直道时减少了空气阻力,提升整车的空气动力学性能,在比赛中取得更好的成绩,弯道上又能提升赛车的操控性能。本发明实现的结构简单,不易发生故障,提高尾翼系统的使用可靠性和整车的操纵稳定性,较大的提升了赛车的空气动力学性能。
