The invention relates to a monorail crane running speed hydraulic measurement system and method, and belongs to monorail crane overspeed automatic protection devices. The system is mainly composed ofa speed taking wheel, a coupler, a hydraulic system and the like. The hydraulic system comprises a pump, a detection loop, an oil drainage loop, an oil tank and the like. The pump serving as a power end of the hydraulic system is arranged in the detection loop, the detection loop is connected with the oil drainage loop, one end of the oil drainage loop is connected with the oil tank, and the otherend of the oil drainage loop is connected with an actuator; the detection loop comprises a hydraulic full bridge and a speed detection unit, and the speed detection unit is formed by connecting morethan one group of speed detection branches in parallel; and the detection loop further comprises an on-off control oil way, and the speed detection unit is directly connected with the oil drainage loop and the oil tank through the on-off control oil way. The monorail crane running speed hydraulic measurement system is simple in structure, speed detection is conducted through a driving part of a monorail crane, the mechanical structure is simple and reliable, the hydraulic system is stable and safe, and the system is suitable for occasions with high safety protection levels.

    本发明涉及一种单轨吊运行速度液压测量系统及其方法,属于单轨吊超速自动保护装置。该系统主要由取速轮、联轴器、液压系统等组成。液压系统包括泵、检测回路、泄油回路、油箱等。泵作为液压系统的动力端布置在检测回路中,检测回路与泄油回路连接,泄油回路一端连接油箱,另一端连接执行机构;检测回路包括液压全桥以及速度检测单元,速度检测单元通过一组以上的速度检测支路并联连接而形成;所述检测回路中还包括有通断控制油路,速度检测单元通过通断控制油路分别与泄油回路、油箱直接连接;本发明结构简单,利用单轨吊的驱动部开展速度检测,机械结构简单可靠,液压系统稳定安全,适应于安全防护等级高的场合。
