The invention belongs to the field of special vehicle protection, and relates to an anti-collision device of a movable aircraft assembly lifting platform. The anti-collision device comprises a transmitting grating sensor (7), a receiving grating sensor (8), a contact edge sensor I (A1), a sensor II (B2), a sensor III (C3), a control box (12), a lifting platform guardrail (9) and a sound-light alarm device (10). According to the anti-collision device, on the premise that normal functions of the platform are guaranteed, anti-collision measures are added, collision with the platform can be effectively avoided or only soft collision occurs in the aircraft assembling process, so that an aircraft body or an assembled object is protected against damage; and the anti-collision device has the advantages of being high in applicability, easy to operate, comprehensive in protection and the like, the safety of aircraft assembly can be ensured, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于特种车辆防护领域,涉及一种移动式飞机装配升降平台的防撞装置;包括发射光栅传感器(7)、接收光栅传感器(8)、触边传感器Ⅰ(A1)、传感器Ⅱ(B2)、传感器Ⅲ(C3)、控制箱(12)、升降平台护栏(9)、声光报警装置(10);本发明防撞装置,在保证平台功能正常的前提下,增加防撞措施,可以在飞机装配过程中,有效地避免与平台碰撞的发生,或者只发生软碰撞,从而保护飞机机体或装配物不受损伤,本发明具有适用性强、操作简单、防护全面等优点,不但可以确保飞机装配的安全性,更提高了装配效率。
