According to the intelligent management system, weight data inside an elevator car is collected through a weight collection module, state information of ascending keys and descending keys of each floor is collected through a key collection module, the current ascending/descending state of the elevator car is collected through an elevator monitoring module, when the elevator is in an ascending/descending state, the state information of the ascending/descending keys of an elevator entrance of each floor is obtained, if the ascending/descending keys of the floors are pressed down, the weight data inside the current elevator car are obtained, if the weight of the elevator car is larger than the elevatorload, a control signal is output to a stopping control module to control the elevator not to stop, and otherwise, the control signal is output to the stopping control module to control the elevator to stop at the floor, after the elevator stops at the floor, the current weight data in the elevator car is obtained, and if the weight of the elevator car is larger than the elevator load, the controlsignal is output to a car door control module to control the elevator car door to open and give an alarm.
