A storage battery box is arranged on the outer surface of the front side of the installation frame and located above the control box, a wireless receiver is installed on the upper end face of the installation frame and located below the control box, and a remote controller matched with the wireless receiver is arranged outside the wireless receiver. Duringuse, the rescue device is placed on the water surface, the arranged buoys can enable the device to float on the water surface, the arranged power driving assemblies are used for driving the device tomove quickly, when the device approaches a person falling into water, the arranged camera can feed back information of the person falling into water, meanwhile, the person falling into water can grabthe device to wait for rescue, and the arranged storage battery box is used for supplying power to the device.
