The invention provides an electric vehicle charging management method and device and a computer readable storage medium. The electric vehicle charging management method comprises the steps of receiving user service request information, the user service request information comprising an operator identifier and a target charging pile identifier; acquiring a jump interface corresponding to the operator according to the operator identifier; and skipping to an operator service platform of the operator through the jump interface, so that the operator service platform controls the target charging pile to provide charging service for the electric vehicle. By adopting the scheme, the convenience of charging the electric vehicle by a user can be improved, and the charging service experience of the user is improved.

    一种电动汽车充电管理方法及装置,计算机可读存储介质,所述电动汽车充电管理方法包括:接收用户服务请求信息,所述用户服务请求信息包括运营商标识以及目标充电桩标识;根据所述运营商标识获取运营商对应的跳转接口;通过所述跳转接口跳转至所述运营商的运营商服务平台,以使得所述运营商服务平台控制所述目标充电桩为电动汽车提供充电服务。采用上述方案,能够提高用户给电动汽车充电的便捷性,提高用户充电服务体验。
