The invention particularly relates to a tightening method for a seat framework. The tightening method comprises the following steps that S100, a proper crimping die is selected to be placed on a supporting base; S200, a U-shaped pressing sheet is put into a third groove of the crimping die; S300, bent steel wires are sequentially placed into a U-shaped notch of the pressing sheet from bottom to top; and S400, the two upper ends of the pressing sheet are pressed towards the middle through a first pressing head, the steel wires are tightened, and the manufactured seat framework is taken out after tightening is completed. The supporting base can conveniently support the seat framework, the crimping die can improve the applicability of the seat framework, only different crimping dies need to be selected according to different framework structures, and meanwhile, the plurality of steel wires placed in the crimping die can be bundled together through the cooperation of the first pressing head and the pressing sheet on a pressing head seat, framework tightening can be finished, and the seat framework is reliable in use and convenient to operate.

    本发明特别涉及一种用于座椅骨架的束紧方法,包括如下步骤:S100、选择合适的压接模放置在支撑底座上;S200、向压接模的第三凹槽中放入呈U型的压片;S300、将弯折好的钢丝自下而上依次放入压片的U型凹口中;S400、通过第一压头将压片的两个上端部压向中间并束紧钢丝,完成后将制得的座椅骨架取出即可。支撑底座可以方便的对本装置提供支撑,压接模的设置可以提高本装置的适用性,针对不同的骨架结构,只需要选择不同的压接模即可,同时,通过压头座上的第一压头和压片的配合,可以将放置于压接模中的多个钢丝捆在一起,从而完成骨架的束紧,本装置使用可靠,操作方便。
