The invention provides a motor heat dissipation device of large hoisting equipment. The motor heat dissipation device comprises a mounting base plate and a hoisting motor arranged on the mounting baseplate. A heat absorption sleeve is connected to the heat dissipation end of the hoisting motor, a cooling pipe is arranged on the heat absorption sleeve, a heat conduction block is arranged at the end, away from the hoisting motor, of the heat absorption sleeve, the heat conduction block is connected with a Laval spraying pipe, and a heat dissipation fan is arranged at the end of the Laval spraying pipe. The device further comprises a cooling water curtain arranged opposite to the heat absorption sleeve, and a blowing fan is arranged on the cooling water curtain. The device further comprisesa cold water tank, and the cold water tank, the cooling pipe and the cooling water curtain form a water circulation loop. According to the invention, heat generated by the hoisting motor is absorbed through the heat absorption sleeve, conducted to the heat conduction block and then discharged to the outside, and meanwhile the cooling water curtain is used in cooperation to rapidly cool and dissipate heat of the hoisting motor.
