The invention discloses a roadside parking optimization method based on a vehicle-mounted mobile snapshot system, and the method comprises the steps: installing the vehicle-mounted mobile snapshot system at the tail of a cruiser, enabling a front lens of the system to form a 30-degree included angle with the driving direction of the cruiser, enabling a system lens to see a license plate, and enabling a control screen to be installed at the head of the cruiser; setting a camera shooting detection area of the vehicle-mounted mobile snapshot system; after GPS positioning succeeds, obtaining a list of vehicles on all road sections in charge of road patrol personnel through the server, and displaying the obtained vehicle state information on a control screen; by a road patrol person, driving apatrol car to normally run on the rightmost side of the road and keeping 50-100 cm away from the vehicle parked on the roadside; detecting the parked vehicle on the right side of the patrol car by front and rear cameras on the right side of the snapshot system at the same time, generating data and sending the data to the server. According to the method, the vehicle-mounted mobile snapshot system is used for detecting parking-in/parking-out of vehicles in roadside parking spaces, and supplementary shooting optimization is carried out on parking-in/parking-out missed shooting caused by externalfactors such as shielding and vehicle turning around.
本发明公开了一种基于车载移动抓拍系统的路边泊车优化方法,该方法是在巡逻车车尾安装车载移动抓拍系统,该系统的前镜头与巡逻车的行驶方向呈30º夹角,使系统镜头能看到车牌,操控屏安装在车头位置,设置车载移动抓拍系统的摄像检测区域;GPS定位成功后,通过服务器获取路巡人员负责的所有路段车辆列表,并在操控屏上显示获取的车辆状态信息;路巡人员驾驶巡逻车正常行驶在道路最右侧,并离停泊在路边的车辆距离50‑100cm;抓拍系统右侧的前、后摄像机同时对巡逻车右侧的停泊车辆进行检测,并生成数据发送至服务器。该方法使用车载移动抓拍系统检测路边停车位车辆的泊入/泊出,并针对因为遮挡、车辆掉头等外部因素引起的泊入/泊出漏拍进行补拍优化。
