The invention relates to the technical field of locking devices, and discloses a special locking device for a crane. The device comprises a base, a locking assembly and a fixing assembly, wherein thetop end of the base is movably connected to the bottom end of the locking assembly, the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the locking assembly are movably connected to the outer wallof the fixing assembly. According to the special locking device for the crane, the locking assembly is inserted into the base, an outer column can enter the base, a pressed block moves downwards underthe extrusion effect of an extrusion head, a first hydraulic rod contracts under the effect of the pressed block, in a contracting process, liquid in the first hydraulic rod is extruded into a waterstorage tank of the base, the liquid in the water storage tank enters a second hydraulic rod accordingly, the liquid in a fixing column finally enters an outer rod through the fixing column, due to the fact that hydraulic pressure in the outer rod rises, a limiting disc and a clamping block move towards the opposite side, at the moment, the clamping block generates certain limiting force on a fixing disc, and then the effect of rapid locking is achieved.

    本发明涉及锁紧装置技术领域,且公开了一种吊机专用锁紧装置,包括底座、锁紧组件和固定组件,所述底座顶端与锁紧组件底端活动连接,所述锁紧组件左右两侧内壁均与固定组件外壁活动连接,该吊机专用锁紧装置,通过将锁紧组件插入底座内,外柱便会进入底座内部,在挤压头的挤压作用下,受压块进行下移,第一液压杆也在受压块的作用下进行收缩,收缩过程中,第一液压杆内的液体被挤压至底座的蓄水槽内,蓄水槽内的液体也随之进入第二液压杆内,并通过固定柱最终固定柱内的液体进入外杆内,由于外杆内液压升高,限位盘与卡块向相背一侧进行移动,此时卡块便对固定盘产生了一定的限制力,进而达到了快速锁紧的效果。
