The invention discloses a crank transmission type patrol device folding mechanism which comprises a cylindrical base, a limiting frame is fixed on the top end of the base, an upper paddle disc and a lower paddle disc which are provided with holes in the centers in an up-down sleeving mode and jointly connected with a torsional spring are arranged outside the base, and an upper wing and a lower wing are connected on the two opposite sides outside the upper paddle disc and the lower paddle disc correspondingly. An upper rudder and a lower rudder are arranged in the airfoil respectively, the airfoil is jointly connected with a crank transmission mechanism through an upper crankshaft and a lower crankshaft which oppositely penetrate into the base respectively, and the crank transmission mechanism extends upwards into the limiting frame and is connected with a driving mechanism located outside the limiting frame. The driving mechanism for providing power is fixedly arranged in the patrol device body through the limiting frame, the installation precision and reliability are improved, the crank transmission mechanism is also located in the base for installing the paddle disc and the wingsurface, and a structure for improving wind resistance is not additionally added; meanwhile, the transmission structure and the driving mechanism for controlling the control surface to move are arranged in the original structure so that the damage rate of the control surface control mechanism can be remarkably reduced.
本发明公开的一种曲柄传动式巡飞器折叠机构,包括圆筒形的基座,基座的顶端上方固定有限位架,基座外上下套合有中心开孔且共同连接有扭簧的上桨盘和下桨盘,上桨盘外和下桨盘外相对的两侧分别连接有上翼和下翼,翼面内分别设置有上舵和下舵,分别通过相向穿入至基座内的上曲轴和下曲轴共同连接有曲柄传动机构,曲柄传动机构向上伸入于限位架内且连接有位于限位架外的驱动机构。本发明提供动力的驱动机构通过限位架固定置于巡飞器机体内,提高了安装精度和可靠度,并且曲柄传动机构也位于安装桨盘和翼面的基座内,不额外增加提升风阻的结构;同时将控制舵面运动的传动结构和驱动机构内置于原有结构内,能够显著降低舵面控制机构的损坏率。
