The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopters, discloses a built-in integral propeller hub and a control method, and realize total pitch adjustment and periodic pitch change of blades byusing an integrated built-in mechanism. The built-in integral propeller hub comprises a stepping motor, a shimmy exciter, a shimmy cylinder and an independent control box which are vertically arranged in a propeller hub in sequence. The stepping motor is controlled by the control box to actuate to adjust the total distance, the actuation period of the shimmy exciter is controlled to change the distance, complex and precise mechanical servo mechanisms such as a tilting tray and a variable-distance pull rod of an existing helicopter are omitted, the weight is greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, the reliability of the system is improved, and the service life of the system is prolonged.

    本发明属于直升机技术领域,公开了一种内置整体式桨毂及控制方法,用集成的内置机构实现桨叶的总距调节和周期变距。本发明包括依次垂直设置在桨毂内的步进电机、摆振激励器、摆振筒和独立的控制盒。由控制盒控制步进电机作动调节总距,控制摆振激励器作动周期变距,省却现有直升机复杂精密的倾斜盘、变距拉杆等机械伺服机构,既大幅减重,又降低成本并提高系统的可靠性和寿命。
