After the use, the stable three-wheeled foot self-walking state can be quickly switched on. An appointed place can be reached in advance according to appointment of a user, and a large amount of time of the user is saved. After deformation to the autonomous walking state, the bicycle can automatically return to a nearby base so that the problem that the existing bicycle is parked and parked disorderly is fundamentally solved. The base can be far away from prosperous sections such as shopping malls, schools and subway entrances, precious public space is released, and storage cost is reduced. Supply and demand are matched in a one-to-one mode, the previous excessive putting mode is changed, the bicycle supply amount can be reduced exponentially, and material resources are efficiently utilized.
