The invention provides a slip torque determination method and device and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: controlling a gearbox of the vehicle to forbid gear shifting under the conditionthat the slip error amount is greater than zero; under the conditions that the gearbox forbids gear shifting and the slip error amount is larger than a preset slip error amount threshold value, it isindicated that the vehicle is in a serious slip working condition, a first slip torque is determined, the first slip torque is controlled to be reduced to be within a preset fine adjustment slip torque range within a preset torque reduction time interval, namely, the slip torque can be calculated; under the working condition of serious slipping, the slip torque can be rapidly reduced to be withinthe range of fine adjustment slip torque, the vehicle can accurately execute operations such as forbidding gear shifting of the gearbox, the slip degree of vehicle tires is reduced, and thus the low-attachment starting performance and the acceleration performance of the vehicle are improved.
本发明提供了一种打滑扭矩确定方法、装置和车辆,方法包括:在打滑错误量大于零的情况下,控制所述车辆的变速箱禁止换挡;在所述变速箱禁止换挡,且所述打滑错误量大于预设打滑错误量阈值的情况下,说明车辆处于打滑严重工况,确定第一打滑扭矩并控制所述第一打滑扭矩在预设降扭时间间隔内降低至预设微调打滑扭矩范围内,也即是可以计算打滑扭矩,使得在打滑严重工况下,可以将该打滑扭矩快速降低至微调打滑扭矩范围内,使得车辆可以准确的执行禁止变速箱换挡等操作,以达到减弱车辆轮胎打滑程度,从而改善车辆低附起步性能和加速性能。
