The invention discloses a video-based parking space occupation analysis method. A plurality of cameras, a vehicle identification service terminal, an information terminal, a video identification service terminal and a system server are mainly included. According to the video-based parking space occupation analysis method, real-time monitoring of each parking space by a worker through the video ofthe monitor is effectively reduced, recording of vehicles in each parking space is improved through photographing of the camera and the vehicle identification terminal, information of the vehicles iscollected in a centralized mode, the monitoring efficiency is improved, the vehicle information collected by the camera is analyzed, the vehicle information is compared with a vehicle characteristic block library, performing AI calculation, finally information of various characteristic blocks of the vehicle is obtained, the information and bound parking space information are analyzed, and whetherthe parking space is parked by the vehicle or not and whether the vehicle belongs to the vehicle recorded by the parking space or not can be judged. Therefore, a conclusion can be rapidly obtained, the parking space analysis efficiency is improved, and timely processing is facilitated.

    本发明公开了基于视频的车位占用分析方法,主要由若干摄像头、车辆识别服务终端、信息终端、视频识别服务终端与系统服务器。该基于视频的车位占用分析方法,有效的减少工作人员通过监视器的视频对每个车位的实时监控,通过摄像头的照相和车辆识别终端,提高对每个车位的车辆进行记录,将车辆的信息集中进行收集,提高监控的效率,将通过摄像头采集到的车辆信息进行分析以及通过与车辆特征区块库进行对比,进行AI计算,最后得出车辆的各种特征区块的信息,与所绑定的停车位信息进行分析,得出停车位是否车辆停靠,是否属于该停车位所记录的车辆,从而快速得出结论,提高对停车位的分析效率,以便于及时处理。
