The device comprises a carriage, wherein a machine body is arranged on the right end face of thecarriage, a storage cavity is formed in the machine body, a detection mechanism is arranged in the storage cavity, and comprises a ventilation pipe and a supporting plate which are fixedly arranged between the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the storage cavity, the supporting plate is located on the lower side of the ventilation pipe, the ventilation pipe penetrates through theinner wall of the left side of the storage cavity, and is internally provided with an air cavity, and a filtering plate is fixedly arranged between the inner wall of the upper side and the inner wallof the lower side of the air cavity. During use, a built-in detection mechanism can detect the concentration of carbon dioxide in a carriage all the time, when the concentration of the carbon dioxideis detected to be too high, a built-in alarm mechanism is immediately electrified to warn a driver to respond immediately so as to reduce coal mine loss and avoid serious accidents, then a reaction mechanism can generate carbon dioxide to be injected into the bottom of the carriage, and the air in the coal mine is squeezed out so as to prevent serious spontaneous combustion.
本发明公开了一种防止拉煤车煤矿自燃装置,包括车厢,所述车厢右端面设有机体,所述机体内设有收纳腔,所述收纳腔内设有检测机构,所述检测机构包括固定设置在所述收纳腔左右侧内壁间的通风管和支撑板,所述支撑板位于所述通风管下侧,所述通风管贯穿所述收纳腔左侧内壁,所述通风管内设有风腔,所述风腔上下侧内壁间固定设有过滤板,本发明在使用过程中,内置的检测机构能够时刻检测车厢内二氧化碳浓度,当检测到二氧化碳浓度过高时,内置的报警机构立即通电报警警示驾驶人员立刻做出反应,减小煤矿损失的同时避免事故的严重化,之后反应机构能够生成二氧化碳注入车厢底部,挤出煤矿内部的空气,防止自燃严重。
