The invention discloses a pipeline modularization clamp and a hoisting system and method thereof. The clamp comprises a bearing assembly, lifting lugs, pipeline locking pieces and adjustable supporting feet, wherein the bearing assembly is used for bearing a plurality of pipelines arranged at intervals and comprises at least two bearing beams arranged in parallel, and each bearing beam is providedwith a through groove in the length direction of the bearing beam; the lifting lugs are arranged on the upper surfaces or the ends of the bearing beams; the pipeline locking pieces are used for fixing the pipelines; and the adjustable supporting feet are arranged on the lower surfaces or the ends of the bearing beams and used for adjusting the levelness and perpendicularity of the pipeline modularization clamp. According to the pipeline modularization clamp and the hoisting system and method thereof, the levelness and perpendicularity of the pipeline modularization clamp can be adjusted through the adjustable supporting feet, thus, it is guaranteed that the pipeline modularization clamp is in a horizontal state in the hoisting process, and the risk that safety accidents occur due to the fact that the pipelines slide down when the pipeline modularization clamp inclines is reduced or prevented; and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了一种管线模块化夹具及其吊装系统和方法,该夹具包括:承载组件,用于承载多根间隔排列的管线,所述承载组件包括至少两根平行设置的承载梁,每个所述承载梁沿其长度方向设置有通槽;吊耳,所述吊耳设置在所述承载梁的上表面或者端部;管线锁紧件,用于固定管线;可调节支撑脚,设置于所述承载梁的下表面或者端部,用于调整管线模块化夹具的水平度和垂直度。本发明通过可调节支撑脚可以调整管线模块化夹具的水平度和垂直度,以在吊装过程中保证管线模块化夹具的处于水平状态,减小或者防止管线模块化夹具发生倾斜而导致管线产生滑落导致发生安全事故的风险。还能够提高施工效率。
