The invention belongs to the field of tower cranes, and discloses a four-direction arm. The four-direction arm comprises a pair of upper truss main rods arranged side by side and a pair of lower trussmain rods arranged side by side, and the upper truss main rods and the lower truss main rods form a tetragonal prism frame structure; the adjacent upper truss main rods, the adjacent lower truss mainrods, the upper truss main rods and the lower truss main rods are connected through reinforcing rods, and each upper truss main rod is formed by bending one first profile; and one ends of the two upper truss main rods are asymptotic ends, the other ends of the two upper truss main rods are parallel ends, and the asymptotic ends of the two upper truss main rods converge to one position and are connected through a connecting piece. The side, connected with a triangular frame, of the four-direction arm is bent into a triangular structure through two first profiles such as round steel, connectionwith the triangular frame is achieved, large-area cutting and welding requirements in a traditional scheme are not needed, production is easy, and the weight of equipment can be reduced by hundreds of kilograms.

    本发明属于塔吊领域,其公开了一种四方臂,包括一对并排布置的上桁架主杆、一对并排布置的下桁架主杆,所述上桁架主杆和下桁架主杆构成四方柱形框架结构,所述相邻的上桁架主杆之间、相邻的下桁架主杆之间、上下相邻的上桁架主杆和下桁架主杆之间均通过加强杆连接,所述上桁架主杆为一根第一型材弯折形成;两根上桁架主杆的一端为渐近端且另外一端为平行端,所述两根上桁架主杆的渐近端汇至一处并通过连接件连接。该四方臂和三角架连接的一侧通过两根第一型材如圆钢弯折形成一个三角形结构,实现和三角架的连接,其不需要传统方案中的大面积切割、焊接要求,其生产简单,并且可以降低设备重量达到数百公斤。
