The invention discloses air purification and sterilization equipment for an elevator car. The air purification and sterilization equipment structurally comprises a machine body, a controller, an air inlet and a filter; the controller is installed at the bottom of the right side of the front surface of the machine body; the air inlet is formed in the front surface of the machine body; the filter isfixed to the back surface of the machine body and is provided with a filter screen, an air outlet, baffles and buffering devices; and the filter screen is arranged on the inner wall of the filter ina sleeved manner. The baffles at the air outlet are closed downwards and then swing reversely under the vibration force of the elevator car, the baffles are buffered through the buffering devices, reverse swinging of the baffles under the vibration force of the elevator is reduced, deformation caused by mutual collision of the baffles is reduced, the matching degree of the baffles can be increased, output of a large amount of purified air to gaps among the baffles is reduced, and the air quality in the car is improved; dust and impurities which are removed by the baffles can easily enter a supporting ring through an opening, the dust removed by the baffles is blocked through a swinging plate in the opening, the situation that the dust flows back into the supporting ring is reduced, and airflow diffusion in the supporting ring can be accelerated.
本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢空气净化除菌设备,其结构包括机体、控制器、进气口、过滤机,控制器安装在机体正面右侧底部,进气口设置在机体正面,过滤机固定在机体背面,过滤机设有滤网、出气口、挡板、缓冲装置,滤网套在过滤机内壁,由于排气口的挡板往下关闭后受到轿厢的震动力反向摆动,通过缓冲装置对挡板缓冲,减少挡板受到电梯的震动力反向摆动,减少挡板相互碰撞而形变,有利于提高挡板之间的配合度,减少净化后的空气往挡板之间的间隙大量输出,提高轿厢中的空气质量,由于挡板清除的粉尘杂质易往开口进入到支撑环内部,通过开口内部的摆动板对挡板清除后的粉尘阻挡,减少粉尘倒流至支撑环内部,有利于加快支撑环内部的气流扩散。
