The invention is suitable for the technical field of electrical control, and provides an elevator deceleration operation control method, device and system. The system comprises a first deceleration inductor which is arranged on an elevator car and is used for inducting a first magnetic isolation plate and generating a corresponding first deceleration signal; a second speed reduction sensor which is arranged on the elevator car and used for inducting a second magnetism isolating plate and generating a corresponding second speed reduction signal; a leveling sensor, which is arranged on the elevator car and used for inducting a leveling inserting plate and generating a corresponding leveling sensing signal; and a controller, which is configured to obtain the elevator running direction and update real-time elevator floor information according to the elevator running direction and the generation time of the first deceleration signal, the second deceleration signal and the leveling inductionsignal. Therefore, the floor judgment process in an elevator open-loop control mode can be achieved, and the equipment cost can be reduced.
