The minimum moving unit system senses a spliced target of the reconfigurable intelligent vehicle and accurately moves to the spliced target by utilizing the sensing module and the positioning module, and dynamic splicing and disassembly between the minimum moving unit systems are realized by utilizing thesplicing module; the minimum moving unit system adopts a two-wheel structure and integrates an independent driving function, a differential steering function and an Ackermann steering function; and the differential steering function or the Ackermann steering function is selected according to an instruction or a current splicing state to realize a steering action. Autonomous dynamic splicing and disassembling of an intelligent vehicle can be realized so that deformation and reconstruction of the intelligent vehicle can be rapidly realized according to the function requirement, the intelligent level of the future intelligent vehicle can be substantially enhanced and the future intelligent traffic and intelligent city construction requirements can be met.
