The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile brake pad protection, and particularly relates to a brake pad overheating protection system which comprises a brake drum, cooling bins and acold air compressor; brake shoes and brake pads are sequentially and symmetrically arranged in an inner cavity of the brake drum from inside to outside. A reset spring and a slave cylinder piston aresymmetrically arranged between the opposite sides of the two brake shoes, the two ends of the reset spring are connected into inner cavity open holes of the two brake shoes, and the two slave cylinderpistons connect the top ends and the bottom ends of the two brake shoes correspondingly. The cooling bins are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the outer side walls of the brake shoes, and the two cooling bins are located on the two outer side walls of the brake pads correspondingly. A gas cooling mode is adopted, heat generated when the brake pads work is reduced, and the brake pads are prevented from being broken by cooling water; meanwhile, the slipping phenomenon caused by the existence of water between the brake drum and the brake pads is avoided, and the brake function of the brakepads is improved.

    本发明公开的属于汽车刹车片保护技术领域,具体为一种刹车片过热保护系统,包括刹车鼓、降温仓、冷气压缩机机,所述刹车鼓内腔由内至外依次对称设置有刹车蹄片和刹车片,两个所述刹车蹄片相视一侧之间对称设置有复位弹簧和分泵活塞,所述复位弹簧两端连接在两个所述刹车蹄片的内腔开孔内,两个所述分泵活塞分别将两个所述刹车蹄片的顶端和底端连接,所述刹车蹄片外侧壁对称固定设置有所述降温仓,两个所述降温仓分别位于所述刹车片两外侧壁。该发明采用气体降温的方式,降低刹车片工作时产生的热量,防止冷却水导致刹车片碎裂,同时,避免刹车鼓和刹车片之间由于有水的存在发生打滑现象,提高刹车片刹车的功能。
