The invention discloses an automobile air-conditioning system with an air energy-carrying radiation air-conditioning terminal and a control method of the automobile air-conditioning system. The systemcomprises a rear row air supply outlet, the air energy-carrying radiation air-conditioning terminal, an air conditioning return air inlet, a first air valve, a temperature sensor, a controller, a fan, a refrigeration cycle module and a heat supply cycle module. The air energy-carrying radiation air-conditioning terminal comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a metal radiation hole plate and a surrounding groove, the metal radiation hole plate is arranged on the top face of the surrounding groove, a passenger compartment air conditioner area is arranged above the outer surface of the metal radiation hole plate, and the area defined by the metal radiation hole plate and the surrounding groove is a buffer energy storage area. The air inlet is connected with the air outlet ends of the refrigeration cycle module and the heat supply cycle module through the fan; the first air valve is arranged on an air pipe between the air conditioner return air inlet and the air inlet end of the refrigeration cycle module and the air inlet end of the heat supply cycle module and used for introducing outdoor fresh air into the air-conditioning system. Radiation heat transfer is mainly used in the frontrow of the passenger compartment, and the energy efficiency and the thermal comfort of the air conditioning system are improved.
