The invention discloses a high-rise building fire extinguishing rescue method and device. By utilizing the characteristics that high-rise building window and duct type aircrafts can vertically take off, land and hover and are suitable for flight operation in various complex environments, a high-pressure water gun, a fire hose, a slip rope and the like are rapidly lifted and fixed to the outer sideof an ignition point window through the duct type aircraft with small load, so that high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing is implemented on an ignition point in a high-rise building from the outside, trapped people in the building are rescued, the safety and reliability of fire extinguishing and rescuing of the high-rise building are ensured, the defects of an existing fire extinguishing method and device for the high-rise building are overcome, the response efficiency and success rate of fire extinguishing and rescuing of the high-rise building are improved, and application and popularization are facilitated.

    本发明利用高层建筑窗口和涵道式飞行器可以垂直起降和悬停,适用于各类复杂环境中飞行作业的特点,以较小载荷的涵道式飞行器把高压水枪和消防水带以及滑索等快速提升固定至着火点窗口外侧,实现对高层建筑内着火点从外部实施高压细水雾灭火和对建筑内被困人员实施救援,确保对高层建筑灭火和救援的安全可靠性,解决现有高层建筑灭火方法和装置的不足,提高对高层建筑灭火救援的响应效率和成功率,便于推广应用。
