The invention discloses an urban elevated expressway dynamic safety evaluation method based on GPS data, which belongs to the field of traffic safety and comprises the following steps: processing thesection of a road section, and acquiring the running speed of taxis in the road section by acquiring the GPS data of the taxis in each cross section; further obtaining an operation speed space inconsistency index formed by the standard deviation of the speed average value and the average value of the speed standard deviation, and dividing the safety into three levels according to a clustering result of a large number of operation speed space inconsistency indexes and historical accident frequencies of a large number of road sections; and determing the safety of the target road section by obtaining the distance between the running speed space inconsistency index of the target road section and the three-level safety. Because the data is from the GPS of the taxi, has universality and real-time performance, and can represent most vehicles on the analyzed road section, the method can carry out the real-time and quick safety dynamic evaluation of the target road section, and provides the safety early warning for the vehicles driving in the target road section.

    本发明公开了一种基于GPS数据的城市高架快速路动态安全性评价方法,属于交通安全领域,其将路段截面处理,通过获取每个横截面的出租车GPS数据来获取路段中出租车的行驶速度,进而获取由速度平均值的标准差和速度标准差的均值构成的运行速度空间不一致性指标,并根据大量运行速度空间不一致性指标和大量路段的历史事故频率的聚类结果将安全性分为三级,通过获取目标路段的运行速度空间不一致性指标与三级安全性的距离来确定目标路段的安全性。由于数据来源于出租车的GPS,其具备普遍性和实时性,可以代表所分析路段上的多数车辆,因此本方法可以对目标路段进行实时且快速的安全性动态评价,为行驶在目标路段中的车辆提供安全预警。
