The invention discloses an intelligent energy-saving hoist, and relates to the field of hoists. The problem of poor energy conservation effect of a hoist in the prior art is solved. The intelligent energy-saving hoist is characterized by comprising support legs, first guide rails, moving units, cross beams, an electrichoist and a control unit, wherein the moving units are used for driving the support legs to be moved on the first guide rails; the cross beams are mounted on the upper support legs through hydraulic telescopic cylinders, and the hydraulic telescopic cylinders can control inclination of the cross beams; the electric hoist is hoisted on one of the support legs through a friction force adjusting unit; and the control unit comprises a control module which is arranged in a controlcabin, multiple groups of solenoids which are used for controlling the hydraulic telescopic cylinders to jack up and a control switch which is used for controlling a jacking unit to work. According to the intelligent energy-saving hoist disclosed by the invention, a guide rail on which the electric hoist is positioned is controlled to be inclined when the electric hoist is moved, so that the gravity of the electric hoist can be used as driving force, and an energy conservation effect can be further achieved.

    本发明公开了一种智能化节能起重机,涉及起重机领域,解决了现有技术中起重机节能效果差的问题,其技术要点是:包括:支撑脚;第一导轨;移动单元,所述移动单元用于驱动支撑脚在第一导轨上移动;横梁,所述横梁通过液压伸缩缸安装到上支撑脚上,所诉液压伸缩缸能够控制横梁倾斜;电葫芦,电葫芦通过摩擦力调节单元吊装在支撑脚上;控制单元,所述控制单元包括设置在控制室内的控制模块、控制液压伸缩缸顶起的多组电磁阀和控制顶起单元工作的控制开关;本发明通过在电葫芦移动时控制电葫芦所在导轨倾斜,从而使得电葫芦的重力能够作为驱动力,进而达到节能的作用。
