The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, and discloses a crane capable of emergency braking. The crane comprises a cargo boom shell, a pre-tightening assembly, a self-locking power assembly, a self-locking assembly and a traction movable head, a convex block is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the cargo boom shell, and the outer wall of the cargo boom shell and the bottom end ofthe pre-tightening assembly are fixedly mounted. The outer wall of the self-locking assembly is movably connected with the inner wall of the traction movable head, according to the crane capable of the emergency braking, a crane small arm shell moves, when a sliding rod moves to the convex block, the sliding rod extrudes a stop block to drive a ball head clamping rod to slide on the inner wall ofa stage arc-shaped groove, then the self-locking assembly starts to work on the inner wall of the traction movable head, an inner groove threaded rod is matched with an idler wheel to pull a steel cable to move, movement of the inner groove threaded rod is limited by a rolling ball and rotates along with the rolling ball in the moving process, stretching and retracting are driven, pulling, winding and fixing are conducted, and therefore the effect that when the crane lifts a heavy object, a wall-colliding self-locking lifting rope is prevented from emergently stopping is achieved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,且公开了一种能够紧急制动的起重机,包括起重臂外壳、预紧组件、自锁动力组件、自锁组件和牵引活动头,所述起重臂外壳的内壁固定安装有凸块,所述起重臂外壳的外壁与预紧组件的底端固定安装,所述自锁组件的外壁与牵引活动头的内壁活动连接,该一种能够紧急制动的起重机,通过起重小臂外壳移动,当滑杆移动至凸块时,滑杆挤压挡块带动球头卡杆在阶段弧形槽的内壁滑动,随后自锁组件在牵引活动头的内壁开始工作,内槽螺纹杆配合着滚轮拉动钢索移动,而内槽螺纹杆移动受到滚珠限制在移动的过程中伴随着转动,带动着伸缩进行拉动缠绕固定,从而实现了起重机在吊起重物时,防止碰壁自锁吊绳紧急停止的的效果。
