The invention provides a mounting method of a gas dome cylinder hoisting platform. The mounting method comprises the following steps: 1, designing a connecting cylinder, and arranging a connecting flange at one end of the connecting cylinder; 2, a platform plate is welded to the other end of the connecting cylinder; 3, railing stand columns and railing reinforcing columns are installed on the front side of the platform plate, the railing stand columns are connected through the railing reinforcing columns, and ventilation bent pipes are installed on the connecting cylinder; 4, the connecting cylinder is installed on a top flange of a gas dome cylinder through the connecting flange; and 5, a crane walking beam is installed on a structural frame, the structural frame is installed on the platform plate through bolts, the crane walking beam is installed at the top of the structural frame, and a top rainproof plate is installed above the structural frame. The top rainproof plate is arranged,operation can be conducted on rainy days, and the influence of weather on hoisting operation is avoided.

    本发明提供一种气穹筒体吊物平台的安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、设计连接筒体,连接筒体的一端设置连接法兰;步骤二、将平台板焊接在连接筒体的另一端;步骤三、在平台板的前侧安装栏杆立柱与栏杆加强柱,所述栏杆立柱通过所述栏杆加强柱连接,在连接筒体上安装通风弯管;步骤四、将连接筒体通过连接法兰安装于所述气穹筒体的顶部法兰上;步骤五、在结构框架上安装吊机行走梁,结构框架通过螺栓安装于所述平台板上,所述吊机行走梁安装于所述结构框架的顶部,所述结构框架的上方安装有顶部防雨板。本发明采用设置了顶部防雨板,雨天也可进行作业,避免了天气对吊装作业的影响。
