The segmental hoisting piece comprises a hollow round pipe, an arc-shaped pipe, an adjusting bolt, a handle nutand a locking mechanism, wherein the hollow round pipe is provided with a mounting notch; the arc-shaped pipe is arranged in the hollow round pipe; a through groove is arranged in one end of the arc-shaped pipe in the extending direction of the arc-shaped pipe; the upper end face and the lower end face of the through groove are both planes; an oblique thread matched with the handle nut is arrangedon the lower end face of the through groove; one end of the adjusting bolt penetrates through the hollow round pipe and is in threaded connection with the arc-shaped pipe; the handle nut is arrangedat the other end of the adjusting bolt; and the locking mechanism is arranged on the hollow round pipe to control locking and unlocking of the handle nut. The operation method is simple and rapid, thesituation that nuts need to be carried during on-site segmental hoisting of the ship can be avoided, the hoisting piece does not need to be installed by multiple persons on site in a matched mode, and the labor cost is greatly saved.
本发明公开了一种船舶分段吊装件的使用方法,所述分段吊装件包括空心圆管、圆弧形管、调节螺栓、把手螺母及锁定机构,所述空心圆管的上设置有安装缺口,所述圆弧形管设置于所述空心圆管内,所述圆弧形管的一端沿所述圆弧形管的延长方向设置有通槽,所述通槽的上端面与下端面均为平面,所述通槽的下端面设置有与所述把手螺母相匹配的斜螺纹,所述调节螺栓的一端穿过所述空心圆管并与所述圆弧形管螺纹连接,所述把手螺母安装于所述调节螺栓的另一端,所述锁定机构安装于所述空心圆管上控制把手螺母的锁定与打开。本发明的操作方法简单快捷,能够避免现场船舶分段吊装时需要搬运螺母的情况,无需现场多人配合安装挂装件,大大节约了人力成本。
