The invention discloses a torsion-resistant and wear-resistant device for a household elevator steel wire rope. A household elevator comprises a lift car, the steel wire ropes and guide rails locatedon the two sides of the lift car. The anti-torsion wear-resisting device comprises connecting pieces and rotating pieces which are arranged at the top ends of the guide rails. Each rotating piece is fixedly connected with one end of the corresponding steel wire rope, each connecting piece is provided with a cavity used for containing the corresponding rotating piece, and the rotating pieces can rotate in the cavities. A winding drum is arranged on the top of the lift car, the other ends of the steel wire ropes are wound around the winding drum, and the winding drum rotates to make the lift carmove up and down along the guide rails. By means of the arrangement mode, stress concentrated on the end portions of the steel wire ropes can be completely released, and therefore torsional deformation caused by uneven stress to the steel wire ropes is prevented, the structural strength of the steel wire ropes is improved, and the safety in the elevator running process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种家用电梯钢丝绳的抗扭耐磨装置,所述家用电梯包括轿厢、钢丝绳、位于所述轿厢两侧的导轨;所述抗扭耐磨装置包括设置于所述导轨顶端的连接件以及回转件;所述回转件与所述钢丝绳的一端固连,所述连接件具有用于容纳所述回转件的腔体,且所述回转件能够在所述腔体中发生回转运动;所述轿厢顶部设置有卷筒,所述钢丝绳的另一端绕设于所述卷筒,所述卷筒转动以使所述轿厢沿所述导轨上下运动。这种设置方式能够将集中在钢丝绳端部的应力完全释放掉,从而防止钢丝绳因受力不均而发生扭转变形,进而有利于提升钢丝绳的结构强度,以及电梯运行过程的安全性。
