Four control boxes are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body, a supporting arm is integrally and horizontally arranged on one side of each control box, a screw is horizontally inserted into each supporting arm, and a first bevel gear is vertically arranged in each control box. According to the device, the screw connected with each paddle is driven to move throughrotation of the camera and finally can be retracted to the lower end of a blocking cover, the paddles are prevented from being damaged in the transferring process, meanwhile, due to the buckling modeof the limiting cover and the elastic piece, the paddles are more stable and safer to use while moving, and through folding of the two supporting legs, the piston and the inserting plate are driven toperform limiting control on the adjusting ring so that the camera is controlled by the spring and the inserting plate to perform telescopic control and is protected, and troubles and even damage threats caused by multiple times of disassembly are avoided.
