The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchanger design, and discloses a self-flowing heat exchange system and a ship, the self-flowing heat exchange system comprises a self-flowing boxbody and a heat exchange pipe assembly, the self-flowing box body is used for being arranged on an equipment body where a heat exchange user is located, a self-flowing inlet and a self-flowing outletare formed in the self-flowing box body, and the heat exchange pipe assembly is arranged in the self-flowing box body. According to the self-flowing heat exchange system and the ship, the self-flowingheat exchange system integrating self-flowing and heat exchange is provided, the self-flowing function is achieved by arranging the self-flowing box body, and then the heat exchange pipe assembly isdirectly arranged in the self-flowing box body, so that the heat exchange effect is achieved. The heat exchange pipe assembly is directly placed in the self-flowing box body, so that pipeline connection for guiding self-flowing fluid between the self-flowing inlet and the heat exchange pipe assembly can be reduced, the space in the equipment can be saved, and meanwhile, the resistance loss of theself-flowing fluid can be reduced; and the arrangement of a pump body for driving self-flowing fluid can be omitted, and energy consumption and noise can be reduced.

    本发明涉及换热器设计技术领域,公开了一种自流换热系统及船舶,其中自流换热系统包括自流箱体和换热管组件,自流箱体用于设置在换热用户所在的设备本体上,自流箱体上设有自流进口和自流出口,换热管组件设于自流箱体的内部。本发明提供的一种自流换热系统及船舶,提出一种集自流和换热一体化的自流换热系统,通过设置自流箱体,实现自流功能,再在自流箱体内直接设置换热管组件,实现换热效果。将换热管组件直接放置在自流箱体内,可以减少自流进口与换热管组件之间用于引导自流流体的管路连接,可以节省设备内部的空间,同时可减小自流流体阻力损失;且可免去驱动自流流体的泵体设置,有利于减少能源消耗以及减少噪音。
