本发明公开了一种高速轨道车辆转向架,采用内轴箱方式布置,所述铰接构架支撑在所述轮对内侧,能有效改善转向架曲线通过性能,所述铰接构架为双T型结构,两个T型侧梁的圆筒梁中心轴线重合,其中一个圆筒梁伸入另一个圆筒梁内部,所述两个T型侧梁间有两个具有一定横向跨距的轴承,所述两T型侧梁间能自由旋转,转向架的扭转刚度为零,增强了转向架的均载能力、线路适应能力、曲线通过性和高速运行稳定性,从根本上解决了传统转向架运行稳定性和曲线通过性之间的矛盾,采用两个所述一系悬挂装置能使一系悬挂装置各个方向的定位刚度都由独立的部件确定,使一系悬挂装置各个方向的定位刚度能同时达到最优,参数更加准确可靠。
