The invention discloses a tire pattern depth measuring instrument. A first guide rail and a second guide rail which are parallel to each other are fixed in a shell; one end of a first telescopic rod is slidably connected with the first guide rail through a first sliding block, and the other end of the first telescopic rod penetrates out of the shell and is fixedly provided with a sensor assembly;one end of a second telescopic rod is slidably connected with the second guide rail through a second sliding block, and the other end of the second telescopic rod penetrates out of the shell and is fixedly provided with a sensor assembly; the extending directions of the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are opposite, and a brushless motor is in transmission connection with the first sliding block and the second sliding block through a transmission assembly. The effects are that only one-time leveling is needed, the installation is simple, the cable connection is less, and thereliability is high; a laser distance measuring sensor is rotated by 90 degrees, so that the height of the detection device is greatly reduced, and the detection device is suitable for more vehicles with lower chassis; data analysis is carried out through the abrasion condition of vehicle tires, the chassis parameter adjustment condition is preliminarily judged, and data support is provided for subsequent repair and maintenance.

    本发明公开一种轮胎花纹深度测量仪,壳体内固定有相互平行的第一导轨和第二导轨;第一伸缩杆的一端通过第一滑块滑动连接在第一导轨上,第一伸缩杆的另一端穿出壳体且固定有传感器组件;第二伸缩杆的一端通过第二滑块滑动连接在第二导轨上,第二伸缩杆的另一端穿出壳体且固定有传感器组件;第一伸缩杆和第二伸缩杆的延伸方向相反,无刷电机通过传动组件与第一滑块以及第二滑块传动连接。效果:只需一次调平,安装简单,线缆连接少,可靠性高;通过将激光测距传感器旋转90°安装,大大降低探测设备高度,适配更多底盘较低的车辆;通过车辆轮胎的磨损情况进行数据分析,初步判断底盘参数调整情况,并对后继维修和保养提供数据支持。
