The invention discloses a forklift tire with a composite tread structure and a manufacturing method of the forklift tire. The forklift tire with the composite tread structure comprises a tire body, acarcass ply, a crown belt ply, a crown protective layer, a tread layer and tread patterns, and the tread layer comprises a rubber layer, a transition layer and a wear-resistant layer. The manufacturing method of the forklift tire with the composite tread structure comprises the following steps: preparing the wear-resistant layer, preparing other rubber materials of the tread layer, preparing the composite tread, preparing other parts of the tire, assembling and molding each part of the tire, and vulcanizing the molded green tire. The wear-resistant layer is a synthetic polyurethane elastomer,and the polyurethane elastomer has oil resistance, low temperature resistance, ozone aging resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance; and meanwhile, the tread patterns are arranged on the surface of the wear-resistant layer and comprise grooves, V-shaped grooves, reverse V-shaped grooves and through grooves so that the skid resistance, the wear resistance and the shock absorption function ofthe forklift tire are improved. The forklift tire is simple in process and easy for large-scale production.

    本发明公开了一种具有复合胎面结构的叉车轮胎及其制造方法,这种具有复合胎面结构的叉车轮胎包括轮胎本体、胎体帘布层、胎冠带束层、胎冠保护层、胎面层和胎面花纹,所述的胎面层包括橡胶层、过渡层、耐磨层。该具有复合胎面结构的叉车轮胎的制造方法包括:耐磨层的制备、胎面层其他胶料的制备和复合胎面的制备、轮胎其他部件的制备、轮胎各部件的组装成型和成型生胎的硫化。且耐磨层为合成的聚氨酯弹性体,所述的聚氨酯弹性体具有耐油、耐低温、耐臭氧老化、耐磨性、耐热性能;同时在耐磨层表面上设有胎面花纹,该胎面花纹包括凹槽、V形槽、反向V形槽和通槽,提高了叉车轮胎防滑性、耐磨性和减震功能。且本发明工艺简单,易规模化生产。
