The invention relates to the field of inverted-T-shaped dock gate anti-freezing technology, and particularly discloses an inverted-T-shaped dock gate external anti-freezing detection device which comprises a central processing unit, a temperature sensor set, liquid level sensors and a deicing assembly, wherein thetemperature sensor set comprises an internaltemperature sensor and an externaltemperature sensor; the internal temperature sensor, the external temperature sensor and the liquid level sensor are electrically connected with the central processing unit; the internal temperature sensor is arranged in the dock gate, the external temperature sensor is arranged outside the dock gate, and the liquid level sensors are arranged on the two sides of the dock gate; and the deicing assembly isarranged at the bottom of the dock gate and electrically connected with the central processing unit. Whether the outside is frozen or not is judged by detecting the temperature inside and outside thedock gate, then whether water exists on the two sides of the dock gate or not is detected through the liquid level sensor, the deicing assembly on the water side is opened, and the purpose of intelligent recognition is achieved; and the whole device is simple in structure, automatic to use and recognize and high in accuracy degree.

    本发明涉及倒T型坞门防冻技术领域,具体公开了一种倒T型坞门外部防结冰检测装置,包括中央处理器、温度传感器组、液位传感器以及除冰组件,所述温度传感器组包括内部温度传感器和外部温度传感器,所述内部温度传感器、外部温度传感器、液位传感器均与中央处理器电性连接;所述内部温度传感器设置在坞门内部,所述外部温度传感器设置在坞门外部,液位传感器设置在坞门两侧;在坞门底部设置有除冰组件,所述除冰组件与中央处理器电性连接;本发明通过检测坞门内外温度,以判断外部是否结冰,之后利用液位传感器检测坞门两侧是否有水,并打开有水侧的除冰组件,以达到智能识别的目的;整体装置结构简单,自动化使用识别,准确程度高。
