The invention discloses a convenient-to-use traction device for building construction, and relates to the field of traction devices. The convenient-to-use traction device comprises a device bottom plate, and a setting plate is fixedly connected to one end of the top of the device bottom plate. According to the device, a traction hook, a driving motor and a rotating shaft are arranged, when the device needs to be used for vertical traction, an external bolt penetrates through a fixing hole, so that the device is fixed to a wall surface, the traction hook is hung at the upper end of a traction object, the driving motor is started, and the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, so that a traction rope is wound and contracted on the rotating shaft; and when the object is pulled to a reset spring,a stop plate compresses the reset spring so that the reset spring can reduce the bottom impact force of the stop plate and the device. Due to the arrangement of a limiting hole, when the stop plate makes contact with the reset spring, the direction of the lower end of the traction rope is limited by the limiting hole all the time, shaking of the traction object is avoided when the traction rope makes contact with the reset spring for buffering, and the traction process is more stable while the impact force is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种方便使用的建筑施工用牵引装置,涉及到牵引装置领域,包括装置底板,所述装置底板的顶部一端固定连接有设置板,本发明通过设置有牵引钩、带动电机以及转动轴,当需要使用该装置竖直牵引时,通过外置螺栓穿过固定孔,使得该装置与墙面固定,再将牵引钩挂至牵引物上端,开启带动电机,带动转动轴转动以此将牵引绳向转动轴上缠绕收缩,当牵引至复位弹簧时,止挡板将压缩复位弹簧使得复位弹簧能够减小止挡板与该装置的底部冲击力,且由于设置有限位孔,当止挡板与复位弹簧接触时,牵引绳下端的方向始终被限位孔限制,避免在与复位弹簧接触缓冲时对牵引物产生晃动,使得在减小冲击力同时,使得牵引过程更加稳定。
