The invention discloses a freely-adjustable hoisting device for a fabricated building wallboard. The device comprises a main supporting rod, rhombic frames and an air cylinder, wherein the top of themain supporting rod is connected with a connecting rod, a first telescopic support and a second telescopic support are both connected with the rhombic frames correspondingly, the outer side of the main supporting rod is sleeved with a connecting mechanism, limiting mechanisms are connected with the front ends of the first telescopic support and the second telescopic support correspondingly, connecting gears are arranged in connecting boxes and connected with driven gears in a meshing mode, control mechanisms are arranged in the connecting boxes, and meanwhile drive-by-wire mechanisms are connected with the bottoms of the connecting boxes. According to the freely-adjustable hoisting device for the fabricated building wallboard, through the arrangement of clamping mechanisms and the drive-by-wire mechanisms, a supporting effect on the bottom of the wallboard can be achieved while the wallboard is clamped, the wallboard cannot shake in the hoisting process, and potential safety hazards tothe surrounding personnel are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种可自由调节的装配式建筑墙板用吊装装置,包括主支撑杆、菱形架和气缸,所述主支撑杆顶部连接安装有连接杆,所述第一伸缩支架和第二伸缩支架上都连接安装有菱形架,所述主支撑杆外侧套设安装有连接机构,所述第一伸缩支架和第二伸缩支架前端连接安装有限位机构,所述连接盒内部设置有连接齿轮,且连接齿轮啮合连接有从动齿轮,并且连接盒内部设置有控制机构,同时连接盒底部连接安装有线控机构。该一种可自由调节的装配式建筑墙板用吊装装置通过设置的夹持机构和线控机构,可以在对墙板进行夹持的同时,也满足对墙板底部的支撑作用,不会出现墙板吊装时产生晃动,避免对周围人员造成安全隐患。
