A magnetic railing ruler and a sensor are arranged, length data of the magnetic railing ruler is obtained through the sensor and transmitted to a processor through a wireless communication module, meanwhile an index module provides floor landing information, the processor processes the length data of the magnetic railing ruler and correlates the length data with the floor landing information, then the specific stop position of an elevator car can be obtained, and the position of the elevator car is displayed through a display module, so that rescue operation is convenient to carry out, and rescue efficiency is improved; by means ofcooperation of the magnetic railing ruler and the sensor, the stop position of the elevator car can be obtained more accurately, so that the situation that rescue operation is hindered due to the factthat the position of the elevator car is inaccurate is avoided; the uniqueness of an N-pole magnetic stripe and an S-pole magnetic stripe is adopted, so that floors are independent from one another,and the sensitivity is higher; and a magnetic encoder is small in size and convenient to install, and the disorder problem cannot occur after power failure.
