The invention discloses a vehicle speed adjusting method, a vehicle and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps: receiving a vehicle speed adjusting voice instruction of a user; judging whether the auxiliary driving system is in an activated state or not; and if so, adjusting a set vehicle speed corresponding to the auxiliary driving system according to the vehicle speed adjustment voice instruction. The user can directly adjust the vehicle speed of the auxiliary driving system through voice, manual adjustment is not needed, and more convenience and quickness are achieved.
