A power slide window having a reduced guide rail protrusion from a panel surface. A guide rail 4 defines a pin guide groove 26 having: a main groove section 26a extending along a panel surface 2b; andat least one groove extension 26b that drives a slide panel 3 towards the vicinity of a window glass 2, via a pin 16, when the closed position is almost reached. A slider guide groove 27, provided inthe guide rail 4 and enabling sliding by a slider 20 slide-driven in an open/close direction, and the main groove section 26a in the pin guide groove 26 are formed at least partially in common.
