The invention discloses a special lifting device for viaduct maintenance construction. The special lifting device for viaduct maintenance construction comprises a cross-shaped base, and four vertically-arranged sliding rods are fixedly connected to the top of the cross-shaped base; the four sliding rods are distributed in a rectangular array mode; a rectangular material carrying frame is connectedbetween the sliding rods in a sliding mode; the device further comprises a driving component for driving the rectangular material carrying frame to ascend and descend; the driving component comprisestwo wire winding wheels which are arranged in a left-right spaced mode, and a driving shaft is fixedly connected between the wire winding wheels; a driving motor is fixedly connected to the driving shaft; the driving shaft is rotationally connected with a rack; steel wires are fixedly connected to the side walls of the left side and the right side of the rectangular material carrying frame; the steel wires are wound around the wire winding wheels; a supporting base is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cross-shaped base and comprises a plurality of supporting plates which are arranged upand down at intervals; and a plurality of supporting steel rods are connected between the supporting plates in a penetrating mode, and the tops of the supporting steel rods are fixedly connected to the bottom of the cross-shaped base. Due to the adoption of the device part design, the machining production efficiency of a viaduct is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种高架桥养护施工专用升降装置,包括十字形底座,十字形底座的顶部固定连接有四个垂直设置的滑动杆,四个滑动杆呈矩形阵列分布、滑动杆之间滑动连接有矩形载料框、上述装置还包括驱动矩形载料框升降的驱动部件、驱动部件包括左右间隔设置的两个卷线轮,卷线轮之间固定连接有驱动轴,驱动轴固定连接有驱动电机、驱动轴转动连接有机架、矩形载料框左、右两侧的侧壁上固定连接有钢丝线,钢丝线卷绕在卷线轮上、十字形底座的底部固定连接有支撑座、支撑座包括若干个上下间隔设置的支撑板,支撑板之间贯穿连接有若干个支撑钢杆,支撑钢杆的顶部固定连接在十字形底座的底部。采用上述装置部件设计,有效提高了高架桥梁的加工生产效率。
