The invention provides a grabbing lifting tool, a building crane device and a control method thereof. The grabbing lifting tool comprises a lifting tool framework, lifting movable arms and a hydraulicsystem. The lifting movable arms are rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the lifting tool framework through pins; the hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic oil pipes; the hydraulic cylinders are fixedly arranged on the lifting tool framework, and one end of each hydraulics cylinder is fixedly arranged on the lifting tool frameworkwhile the other end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the lifting movable arms; the hydraulic station is fixedly arranged on the lifting tool framework and is connected to the hydraulic cylinders on the left and right sides of the lifting tool framework through the hydraulic oil pipes, separately, so as to drive the hydraulic cylinders to drive the lifting movable arms to rotate; crane lifting lugs are separately arranged on two sides of the upper end surface of the lifting tool framework. According to the scheme, the lifting efficiency of a prefabricated part product in existing building industry can be improved effectively, the lifting cost can be lowered, and the labor intensity of workers is alleviated. Meanwhile, the lifting safety can be improved effectively.
本发明提供一种抓取吊具、建筑行吊装置及其控制方法;抓取吊具包括吊具骨架、起吊动臂以及液压系统;起吊动臂通过销子可转发设置于吊具骨架的左侧和右侧;液压系统包括液压站、液压缸以及液压油管;液压缸固定设置于吊具骨架上,液压缸一端固定设置于吊具骨架上,液压缸另一端与起吊动臂连接;液压站固定设置于吊具骨架上,并通过液压油管分别与吊具骨架的左侧和右侧的液压缸连接,从而驱动液压缸带动起吊动臂转动;吊具骨架上端面的两侧分别设有起重机吊耳;本发明提供的方案,能有效提高现有建筑行业中预制件产品的吊运效率,降低吊运成本,减轻工人的劳动强度;同时能够有效提高吊运的安全性。
