The invention belongs to the field of cranes, particularly relates to a device and method for quickly replacing a crane steel wire rope, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems that an existing replacement device cannot conveniently limit an old steel wire rope and a new steel wire rope, the welding efficiency of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope is lower, and the efficiency of replacing the crane steel wire rope is reduced. The device comprises a base, a handrail assembly is fixedly installed at one side of the top of the base, a machining table is fixedly installed at the top of the base and located at one side of the handrail assembly, two rotating shafts which are symmetrically arranged are rotatably installed at the top of the machining table, and rotating rollers are fixedly installed at one ends of the rotating shafts; and a steel rope cylinder is separably and movably clamped at the outer sides of the rotating rollers. Compared with traditional welding of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope, the device has the advantages that the positions of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope can be limited, the time consumed by welding is shortened, the welding efficiency is improved, and then the steel wire rope replacement efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于起重机领域,尤其是一种快速更换起重机钢丝绳的装置和方法,针对现有的更换装置不方便对旧钢丝绳和新钢丝绳限位,对新钢丝绳和旧钢丝绳的焊接效率较低,降低了更换起重机钢丝绳的效率的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括底座,所述底座的顶部一侧固定安装有扶手组件,所述底座的顶部固定安装有加工台,且加工台位于扶手组件的一侧,所述加工台的顶部转动安装有对称设置的两个转轴,且转轴的一端固定安装有转辊,所述转辊的外侧可脱离活动卡装有钢绳筒,本发明较之传统的新钢丝绳和旧钢丝绳的焊接,可以对新钢丝绳和旧钢丝绳的位置进行限位,减少焊接耗费的时间,提高了焊接的效率,进而提高了钢丝绳更换的效率。
